Builder’s 20 Group
Builders and Remodelers who join an NAHB Builder 20 Group are looking for a boldly honest and industry specific network of professionals to help them build a more profitable company. Members communicate throughout the year to support each other and meet twice a year in person to drill down on company metrics and analyze how their company stacks up against builders working in non-competing markets. Group members become an unofficial board of directors to hold their peers accountable. Members report that they achieved higher profitability after joining a Builder 20 Group.
