Housing – The Bright Spot of a Recovering Economy

HBRAME and James Hardie Building Products are thrilled to present this exclusive opportunity to hear from NAHB’s Chief Economist, Robert Dietz. Dr. Dietz will provide an overview of economic and housing market conditions with an eye on residential construction impacts as the economy recovers from the virus crisis. Housing was a bright spot during a challenging 2020. Will that continue in 2021? He will review macroeconomic factors affecting housing demand, industry-level detail on supply-side headwinds that are limiting construction sector growth, and detail NAHB’s economic forecast including future actions of the Federal Reserve. Robert will also explore policy issues that affect housing supply and demand.

If you have answered yes to any of these, you will want to join your fellow Home Builders & Remodelers for a call with Jesse Fowler of OSC Web Design. Jesse will share the answers to these 4 common questions, as well as any questions from the audience.
